The Organic Buckwheat Pillow is filled with 100% organic buckwheat hulls which have been grown in American and are free from pesticides and herbicides. The buckwheat’s are triple cleaned to remove dust, buckwheat flour and debris from the hulls.

The pillow case is made from 100% unbleached cotton and comes with a zip to allow you to remove some of the buckwheats if you find that the pillow is a little too full so you can adjust it to suit your needs. This also allows you to wash the pillow casing when required.

One of the benefits of buckwheat pillows is that air can circulate through the pillow. This keeps the pillow cool throughout the night. They are also reported to help relieve headaches, stiff and sore necks, muscle pain and tension. They are also thought to help to improve sleep.
