The HoMedics Ortho Therapy Lumbar Cushion Support Pillow has been reviewed as an excellent product for those needing additional back support. The heat activated memory foam conforms to the natural shape of your back, which is what many people require. Some people prefer firmer support items, and several reported disappointment in the lack of support this item gives.

This pillow comes with an elastic strap to wrap around your chair. This strap is the ideal size for small office chairs and dining room chairs, although larger office chairs and many car seats would not be able to accommodate the strap. This does not cause too many issues when using the pillow, however; it was mentioned by several customers, but they did not feel it would prevent the from using the product.

The pillow is only available in one standard size, with a removable, machine washable cover. The pillow can be taken out of the cover, and retains its shape when you shove it back into the cover, which was a strong point in its favor for many customers.

A few reviewers commented that larger or taller people may not find the pillow as comfortable, as it may not hit the proper spots on your back. Most said it felt good, however, and provided excellent support at work and at home. It is light and easy to transport.

Most customers were satisfied with the price. HoMedics seems to be a well respected brand, and many people reported that a factor in their purchase was that they already owned other products manufactured by this company.
