You will find that a hoop style canopy in many styles. A canopy  will not only make a beautiful addition to any little girls bedroom but it will also do the job of keeping mosquitoes and other scary bugs at bay and encourage your little one to go to bed and dream about pretty butterflies.

Canopies can be made from mesh or polyester and cotton. The Pink FLOWER princess bed CANOPY shown is made from pink floaty mesh and measures 99″ in length. The canopy hoop itself measures 12in in diameter. The flowers are on hooks so that they can be moved to wherever you want to place them on the canopy.

Or maybe your  little lady prefers butterflies, well  there is also a nice range of butterfly canopies available.

A canopy is certainly recommended if you live in an area where there are mosquitos.  We burn mosquito coils in the house but you don’t want that horrid smell in the bedroom and that’s why a bed canopy makes senses. Practical and pretty, what more could you want.

Pretty amazing really but I guess it is understandable since it seems that just about every little girl wants to be a princess.

Since the number of Disney princesses has increased over the years from 6 to 8 and with the possible inclusion of Princess Tiana from The Princess and the Frog making that a 9, the range of bedding is forever changing.

The original six princesses include Snow White, Cinderella, Auroa, Ariel, Belle and Jasmine. Recently Mulan and Pocahontas have been added and as already mentioned it it expected that Princess Tiana will also be included.

How cute are these? If you have a little one at home who loves the movies Cars then they will love one of these Disney’s Cars Cuddle Pillow.

The pillows measure approximately 15in x 6in and are in the shape of the Lightning McQueen race car or the The Towmaster from Cars from the movie Cars.

Filled with squishy polystrene beads these are beautiful soft pillows that your kids will love to cuddle up to.

Unfortunately these are not machine washable and can only be spot cleaned.

I’m really not sure why they would make a kids pillow like this that is not washable.

I would think at some point it will need washing and rather than throw it away I would take the risk and at least hand wash it.
