It seems like a wonderful blanket to use, as five out of six people rate it extremely high, stating that they can‘t get over just how soft and velvety the texture is. Consumer reviews reveal an overall satisfaction with the Waffle Weave Blanket, for many different reasons including warmth, versatility, affordability and durability.

Most consumers reviewed mentioned the blanket worked very well to increase the warmth of their bed (the weave creates small pockets which trap heated air if used between sheet and coverlet). The length and width also makes the blanket useful in a practical sense as it doesn’t come un-tucked or shift while in use on a bed.

Versatility between seasons is another topic brought up; it manages to keep consumers warm in just the right way no matter what the season.

There are some comments about the large amount of  lint that occurs a for the first few times the blanket is washed and dried, although this settles down after a few washes.

Most of the reviewers using this product state that  it lives up to its claim of  ’softest’ blanket, and added that it is thoroughly versatile as an all-season blanket. Users  like the fact that the range of colors was so broad, stating it was hard to find products with such a range of choices.

The blanket is designed to be equally appropriate for use in both summer and winter and this is supported by users who state they would be able to keep the blanket on their bed year round.

Another advantage that most all consumers were very pleased with is the fact that the Berkshire Softest Microloft Blanket doesn’t seem to pill up at all. The material stays intact and soft, even after repeated washings, and doesn’t shed or cause excess lint to build up.

There were a couple of comments from consumers who felt that the Berkshire Softest Microloft Blanket didn’t live up to the standards that they expected – that they did experience some pilling with their blankets, and that the material was not what they expected from the advertisements that prompted them to buy the product. This is a minority opinion, however —out of all the reviews, only three reviews have a three star rating or less.

Of the 19 people who reviewed the Berkshire Softest Microloft Blanket, at least eighty five percent of the reviews showed a very high four or five star rating, making the blanket a well reviewed product worth the money paid.

It appears to offer just the right temperature to those who have had unsatisfactory experiences with other types of electric blanket. This seems to be due to the wide range of temperature settings – there are ten different levels, allowing for anyone to find the right comfort zone.

Reviewers weighed in from all over the country- from Florida, saying they had needed a blanket for those occasional nippy nights; to Upper Michigan, where it hits the negative single digits on a regular basis. This blanket seemed to work equally well no matter what the weather.

Many consumers stated they appreciated the cords on the Biddeford Heated Electric Blanket, as they are longer than many other electric blankets making it was easier to find the controllers in the middle of the night when they were looking for them.

If desired, the cords can be taken out of the blanket for more versatility, especially for those who choose to use it in warmer climates. Several said they do this in the summer, and keep the blanket on their bed. Most of those reviewed said they found no need to set the controller higher than a four or five, and that the blanket kept them perfectly warm.

None of the ratings was below a four for this product; those reviewed had nothing but positive comments and said they would recommend the product to others.

The cuddle blanket reviewed was for a smaller blanket which is so popular we have trouble keeping up with supplies. The blanket shown is the n-a-p Cuddle Blanket measures 40″ x 60″.

The Brookstone n-a-p Cuddle Blanket is designed to be used as a throw or a light cover for napping in a chair or on the couch.

It is available online or at Brookstone stores, and most of those reviewed had purchased the forty inches by sixty inches version (although there are larger blankets available). Most said they loved their blanket, and would definitely recommend it to others.

This cuddle blanket comes in a variety of colors, and is easily washable. Many consumers stated they had washed the blanket multiple times without any bleeding or pilling issues—and in addition, any stains from accidental spills just seem to come right out with minimal effort. This makes the blanket a steal – the price was another plus, according to many consumers who thought it compared favorably to other throws.

This blanket has been reviewed as luxurious by consumers who chose to take it camping. One reviewer weighed in saying they had taken their blanket to Iraq, and been very pleased with the comfort it provided. By all accounts the Brookstone Cuddle Blanket is warm, soft and silky. One consumer said they had worried it would be scratchy, and they were pleasantly surprised that is wasn’t.

One negative review has been logged; the consumer claims that the blanket discolored their white leather couch. This would seem to urge caution using one on a white couch unless it is tested for color bleed, but this review is the exception – over 90 % of consumers were very happy with the blanket. The Brookstone n-a-p Cuddle Blanket certainly does the job it is designed for,  perfectly according to those who have purchased and reviewed it.

The unique two sided blanket is touted as being small and lightweight enough for plane or car rides, yet warm, luxurious and durable. Most consumers appreciate the fact that here is a blanket that actually lives up to its name; it feels like a dream to be cuddled up in it, whether on the bed, the couch or the road.

One side of the blanket, as one reviewer put it, is similar to a fur blanket, while the other is just like a soft microfiber towel. This same reviewer pointed out another plus to the product – no more thermostat wars with significant other about how hot to keep their home. The blanket can be used to warm up the chillier half of a couple without suffocating the other.

There are claims that the blanket feels just like a cloud, it is so soft. The fluffy plushness is apparently enough to make anyone want to crawl in a bed and take a nap; grandmothers and grandsons alike.

One reviewer claims she simply tosses her blanket in with the linens and washes it with no adverse results, while another claims it loses some of its softness if cleaning instructions are not followed carefully.

The picture  on the throw is based on the penguin movie Happy Feet (a movie that almost any child adores) and  this blanket has nothing but five star reviews listed for it.

Due to the fact that it is based on a movie, the Happy Feet Micro Raschel Throw Penguins Blanket is considered officially licensed merchandise—but that doesn’t have anything to do with how well it does as a blanket, or what consumers think of it.

Made of polyester, and fairly large for a blanket—fifty inches by sixty inches—the Happy Feet Micro Raschel Throw Penguins Blanket entertains children and grownups alike. Because of the fluff of the polyester, there is plenty of warmth in the blanket.

This is a very soft blanket, and one reviewer pointed out it was good that  her child’s room is cool, as it might be too warm for summer use otherwise. Another parent stated that her child loves all of the products associated with the movie, but she was particularly impressed by the quality of the throw,  for the price paid.

Parents and grandparents alike love the Penguins Blanket for their children and grandchildren— and one stated she planned to buy another for her own use! Some reviewers opted to use this particular blanket as a wall hanging, or even for a way to work at identifying things, as in a learning game.

All the reviews are five stars, which is very high for a children’s product; the price is probably the most appreciated as the blanket was overall more than was expected for under $20.
